Abstract: | The research purposes of this thesis are to investigate the status that Low fertility affects Nantou County elementary school teachers’ working pressure and ways of coping and to explore the correlation between them. In this study, the way of Statistical Analysis is a questionnaire survey and the objects are Nantou County elementary school teachers. The numbers of sampling in this questionnaire survey are 526,and the collected questionnaires are 431,and the valid ones are 382.The research tool is "Low fertility affect Nantou County elementary school teachers’ working pressure and ways of coping questionnaires" The sample data are analyzed by using SPSS 12.0 for windows ,and the statistical methods for analysis are average number analysis, standard criterion, the t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson prooduct-moment correlation. The results of the study are summarized below:1. That Low fertility affects Nantou County elementary school teachers’ working pressure is moderate. The highest perceived degree of pressure is " environment of education and policy ",and the lowest one is " application of school strategy ".2. Nantou County elementary school teachers’ perceived degree of ways of coping is between medium and high levels.The factor with the highest score is " adjustment of cognitive ",and the lowest one is" seeking support".3. Nantou County elementary school teachers’ degree of working pressure with different "age", "school size", "service years" and " excess of job-experience", in this research had significantl difference.4. Nantou County elementary school teachers’ ways of coping with different"posts", in this research had significantl difference.5.The factor" application of school strategy " and the other one " adjustment of cognitive " exist low negative correlation. The factor" reduction of students " and the other one " seeking support " exist low positive correlation.Key words: Low fertility, Teachers’ working pressure, ways of coping |
