Abstract: In the experiment, we explored the impact of the three kinds of carbon material graphite, found no significant difference in the carbon material in the preparation of graphene. And to explore the impact of solution on the preparation of graphene, non-polar protic solution to the N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP), hexane (n-hexane) in the preparation of graphene has a effect. Explore the influence of shaking time on the preparation of graphene, we found that the shock time of graphene is proportional to the structural defects. Doped transparent conductive film doped IZO conductive film can effectively reduce the resistance and chip resistance, up to more than one unit.
