Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to investigate the constraint factors and satisfaction of the nursing staff using Dakeng hiking trails in Taichung City. We will explore the differences of the different background variables involved in the constraint factors and satisfaction factors. Moreover, the correlation between constraint factor and satisfaction also will be analyzed. In this study, a questionnaire survey method for data collection will be carried out. The judgement sampling of non-random sampling method was used for sample selection from the nursing staff near the Dakeng area, and 256 valid questionnaires were obtained. These valid questionnaires were analyzed by factor analysis descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s test and Pearson correlation analysis. The results found as follows:1. The main item about the frequency of using Dakeng hiking trails is rare using, the statistical data is 59.8%. The next is one time every month, the statistical data is 21.9%. The main transportation is by drivivg car, the statistical data is 57.4%.2. The top eight constraint factors of using Dakeng hiking trails are climate, bitingmidge, environmental safety, toilet, convenient parking, individual habits, periodical maintenance and environmental clean. Their statistical mean value is larger than 3.6.3. The education, work period and using frequency background variables exist the significant differences on the ‘safety convenience factor’, ‘living factor’, ‘environment factor’ and ‘company age factor’ four frameworks.4. According to the statistical analysis, it exhibts that the satisfaction is moderate, the statistical mean value is 3.063. Only the statistical mean value of one item is larger than 3.5, it’s the ‘getting exercise effect’. There were five items satisfaction, their statistical mean values are lower than 3.0. These items include rest facility, environment narration facility, parking space, toilet requirement and vendor management. |
