Abstract: In this study, I investigate the influence of the organizational culture and knowledge sharing on intellectual capital. Through the interviews with the hot spring business operators and the chief of Tourism and Travel Bureau Taichung City Government, the industries are struggling to survive and facing a break-even plight. They always recruit part-time employee or cooperative education to reduce the human resource costs, therefore staff turnover and Expertise are relatively weak in knowledge sharing and the field of intellectual capital, and the lack of experience passing down. The effect of Cross-industry alliances or increasing the depth of Hot Spring tourism is not significant and the lack of uniqueness without professional planning and execution. I explored the operation, features changing and influence of the Hot Spring hotel in the interview. A organization with coherence, or a group with experience passing down will have the advantage to win from the start. In a business organization, the human influence is quite significant. The interaction between people is enough to affect the entire group, or even reverses the impression of the community on the corporate brand. If we control the deployment effectively and put the right person on the right position, the wisdom of experience passing is able to exert its influence.
