Abstract: | Chinese people often used traditional Chinese Herb medicine to cure diseases, or just make them healthier. In Chinese medicine theory, people apply natural medicines and processions, commonly known as Chinese medicine or herbal medicine in ancient way, to combat the disease. Unrefined Chinese medicines are usually called Chinese herbal medicines. People from childhood to age are closely associated with using Chinese herbal medicines in daily life. Medicine inventory mostly set for western drug management rarely has been applied to traditional Chinese herb medicine inventory management. This paper aims to establish an inventory management system for Chinese herbal medicines. The preservation of traditional Chinese medicine is generally not as effective as western medicine. Therefore quality control is a big issue. For many years, the Medicine bureau of Department of Health Committee lacks an effective domestic medicines license management system. Therefore establishing a complete management system is the trend of Chinese medicine. To regulate the preparation of Chinese herb medicines, inventory control will be applied in medication process management, medicine prescription information operations, and prescription dispensing processes. Commonly used Chinese herbs and noble Chinese herbs stock in/out the warehouse, and daily medicine dispensing and inventory management are completely electronic-recorded to ensure adequate stock of medicines and dispensing quality. It must create a rule to fully implement the computerized management of Chinese stocks to provide hospitals with a complete inventory, finance, and order system! RFID is the acronym of "Radio Frequency Identification", usually composed of the Reader and RFID Tag; its operation is through Reader to emit radio waves; within the sensing range of RFID tag, electricity is generated to supply RFID tags operation, and send electromagnetic response to Reader. In this study, RFID is a tool used for Chinese medicines management system, which drives the energy of RFID tags with built-in battery; you can take the initiative to send a signal for the Reader reading, the signal transmission range is relatively wide. In order to achieve Effective management of drug inventory and accounting, we hope the correct response to sluggish consumption and to avoid drugs expiring so to maintain the safety of using medicine. |
