Abstract: Hypericum sampsonii Hance,is a species of Hypericum,Guttifera genera perennial herb, whole plant medicine to treat internal bleeding, hepatitis, swollen and sore, and anti-rheumatic, menstruation, hemostasis Healthmuscle and so on. The genus contains hypericin antidepressants, inhibit the central nervous system, anti-virus and enhanced immune function. The purpose of this study was to investigate the ingot stem segment explants were cultured in different auxin and cytokinin sampsonii buds induction and growth, thereby establishing the plant breeding system. The results showed that the ingot stem segment culture containing 0.2mg / l BA 1/2MS medium induced 6.7 adventitious buds. Adventitious buds can get the most sound of the root subculture to 1/2MS medium containing 0.1mg / l IBA and 5% sucrose, the average root length of 1.93 cm, the root of the number of 9. In this study, micro-cultured establish H. sampsonii propagation was to provide a large number of plants of the can through H. sampsonii to solve the ecological conservation and industrial development of H. sampsonii be helpful to the development of medicinal plants.
