Abstract:	亞洲大學（Asia University, Taiwan）教學資源與教師專業發展中心，於2月18日舉辦新進教師研習會。計有12位新進教師與會，蔡進發校長指出，教師最重要的工作就是教學、研究、輔導與產學，希望教學方式活潑，激起學生學習興趣。他並以創辦人蔡長海所說的「亞洲大學唯一不變的是天天在變」，勉勵新進老師求新求變，讓亞大愈來愈好。
