    Abstract: 亞洲大學（Asia University, Taiwan）生醫系教授王昭能師生團隊，透過物聯網、大數據與人工智慧技術，開發出俗稱所謂的透南風「迓地氣」網頁平台，能提前告知漁民天氣與水溫變化，減少魚隻死亡，參加國家實驗研究院科技政策研究與資訊中心、台北市電腦商業同業公會舉辦的「民生公共物聯網」競賽，從108組參賽隊伍中脫穎而出獲佳作，獎金11萬元。此次競賽共108組參賽，34組入圍，選出6組優勝、4組佳作。
