    摘要: As the global information technology is more and more advanced , under the borderless and globalized trend of the network shorten the distance of trade between countries that reached e-commerce transactions by 40% every year. The main purpose of this study is how to improve the platform serve to make the trade matchmaker gives full result, strengthen the competitive advantage of Taiwan’s industry. So this research Taiwantrade platform, for example, explored through the relevant domestic and foreign literature and depth interviews of experts familiar with Trade Net platform. The assessment criteria are identified through literature reviews and interviews with experts. This research applied Decision making trail and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method to calculate and to explore the importance of evaluation factors and the causal link structure, and uses in-depth interview to analysis and identify the primary and secondary factors from the users of the b2b e-portal, trying to understand the gap of b2b e-portal from user’s point of view, find ways to improve the basis for expectations for future business networking platform for industry and public reference.
