    摘要: 神佛塑像傳統技藝是從閩南地區傳入臺灣。粧佛與神像修復為木雕技術與漆藝美感結合的傳統工藝,要成為專業的工匠師父,除了需要有專業的師承還要有藝術天分,才能顯示出藝術品的精隨。粧佛起源於魏晉南北朝,經福建傳入台灣,早期大多子承父業教授傳承,主分為泉州派、福州派及漳州派。基於時代變化與趨勢互取經驗與交流,許多師承都發展出獨具一格的特色。臺灣雖然仍保存這項傳統技藝,但因市場萎縮與國人對此工藝的暸界程度不高,也漸漸面臨失傳的危機。此研究的主要採質性研究方法,以「個案研究法」、及「深度訪談法」進行研究工作。透過對個案之相關人士、工藝師與推展傳統粧佛工藝之專業人員為研究對象,藉由深入研究個案的背景及發展史,瞭解永續經營的核心問題,以建立永續經營策略之模式。藝術並非客觀立場,文化與個人因素的主觀差異都會影響訪談的結果。另外,本研究主題因研究涉及妝佛技術,相關的過去文獻也較為有限,因此藉由司徒達賢非營利組織管理的八個策略作為主體設計,也藉此可提供未來相關領域研究上參考的建議。
    The traditional technique of statues of gods and Buddhas was introduced to Taiwan from southern Fujian. Make-up Buddha and statue restoration are traditional crafts that combine wood carving techniques and lacquer art aesthetics. To become a professional craftsman master, you need not only professional mentors but also artistic talent to show the essence of artwork. Make-up Buddhas originated in the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, and were introduced to Taiwan via Fujian. In the early days, most of the sons inherited their fathers and professors, and they were mainly divided into Quanzhou School, Fuzhou School and Zhangzhou School. Based on the changes and trends of the times and the exchange of experiences and exchanges, many masters have developed unique characteristics. Although Taiwan still preserves this traditional craft, it is gradually facing the crisis of being lost due to the shrinking market and the low level of understanding of this craft. The main method of this research is qualitative research. Conduct research work with "case study method" and "in-depth interview method". Through the relevant people of the case, artisans and professionals who promote the traditional craft of makeup Buddha as the research object, through in-depth research on the background and development history of the case, understand the core issues of sustainable management, and establish a sustainable management strategy model. Art is not an objective standpoint, and subjective differences in cultural and personal factors will affect the results of the interview. In addition, because the research topic involves makeup Buddha technology, the relevant past literature is relatively limited. Therefore, the eight strategies of Situ Daxian's non-profit organization management are employed as the main design, which can also provide reference for future research in related fields. suggestion.
