    摘要: 後疫情時代,很多人不確定是否會面臨更多的變數與未知的挑戰,許多上班族受疫情影響,面臨減薪、裁員、公司倒閉等危機,面對心理的不安全感,家庭經濟壓力因素,積極尋找增加收入方法,沒有專業能力的人,有的利用上班空檔投入外送平台兼差當外送員或傳統產業擔任勞工職務,有危機意識者,則利用公司要求共體時艱安排休無薪假時,善用政府資源學習第二專長,並考取專業證照投入創業行列。創業成功機率很低,每年投入創業比率仍居高不下,創業者想追求的是獨立與自由、實現夢想和熱情、豐厚的利潤、自我成長和學習機會、影響社會貢獻,儘管創業成功的機會相對較低,但這並不意味著人們不應該嘗試創業。對於那些具有創業精神、準備好承擔風險和不斷學習成長的人來說,創業仍然是一個有吸引力的選擇。成功的創業需要適當的計劃、準備和執行,以最大程度地提高成功的可能性。餐飲創業家須具備熱情和興趣、專業知識、創新思維、管理能力、財務規劃、風險承擔的壓力、 毅力和決心。本研究目的是探討餐飲創業者創業動機、專業能力、創業資金、創業精神與創業績效之關係。研究方法採取調查研究法,對象以台灣從事餐飲之業者(含餐廳、茶飲、咖啡、麵包、甜點),共發放 250 份正式問卷,回收232份,有效問卷229份。本研究發現,本研究變數創業動機、專業能力、創業基金、創業精神接對創業績具顯著正向影響。並根據研究結果提供給未來想投入餐飲創業的人參考。取得的分析結果如下:一、創業動機對創業績效有正向影響。二、專業能力對創業績效有正向影響。三、創業資金對創業績效有正向影響。四、創業精神對創業績效有正向影響。 最後根據研究結果提出,建議未來想投入餐飲創業的人,要有3年以上餐飲相關經驗並在創業前取得家人支持與協助,並具備餐飲專業知識包含餐飲基礎理論、食品安全概念、勞基法及食安法相關法規、要有財務能力及行銷能力、解決客訴問題能力、維持良好服務品質及維護顧客關係的能力。餐飲業創業者須了解自己的競爭對手、能源源不絕創新產品,掌控市場脈動與需求、勇於承受挫折及創業風險,提早規劃資金運用用途、並能提出果斷決策及獨立解決問題的能力。餐飲創業者須維持一定服務品質,重視顧客對產品的滿意度及服務過程帶給顧客的感受,重視整個服務團隊的和諧,創業者在達成自己夢想的同時,也能為求職者提供更好的就業機會,朝著幸福企業邁進。
    The purpose of this study is to understand whether entrepreneurial outcomes align with the expected performance of food and beverage entrepreneurs. This study examines five dimensions: 1. Entrepreneurial motivation, 2. Professional competence, 3. Startup capital, 4. Entrepreneurial spirit, and 5. Entrepreneurial performance analysis. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation, professional competence, startup capital, entrepreneurial spirit, and entrepreneurial performance among food and beverage entrepreneurs. The research methodology employed in this study is a survey method. The target population consists of food and beverage industry practitioners in Taiwan, including restaurants, tea shops, coffee shops, bakeries, and dessert shops. A total of 250 formal questionnaires were distributed, and 232 were collected, with 229 valid responses. The obtained analysis results are as follows:1.Entrepreneurial motivation has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.2.Professional competence has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.3.Startup capital has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.4.Entrepreneurial spirit has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.Based on the research findings, it is recommended that individuals who plan to enter the food and beverage entrepreneurship should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the industry. It is also advisable to obtain the support and assistance of family members prior to starting the venture. Additionally, they should possess comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage sector, including fundamental theories, food safety concepts, relevant regulations such as labor laws and food safety laws, as well as financial and marketing capabilities. Furthermore, they should demonstrate problem-solving skills for addressing customer complaints, maintaining high service quality, and cultivating strong customer relationships. Food and beverage entrepreneurs should understand their competitors, continuously innovate products, stay attuned to market trends and demands, be resilient in the face of setbacks and entrepreneurial risks, plan ahead for the use of funds, and possess the ability to make decisive decisions and solve problems independently. They must maintain a certain level of service quality, value customer satisfaction with their products, and focus on the overall customer experience during the service process. It is important to foster harmony within the entire service team. As entrepreneurs pursue their own dreams, they can also provide better employment opportunities for job seekers, moving towards becoming a happy and successful enterprise.
