紡織產業曾是台灣經濟發展的重點發展產業之一,台灣紡織產業從過去製造代工,到因應經營策略改變而開始參與設計製造環節。本研究以紡織業T公司作為研究個案,主要研究其在發展過程的價值活動規劃,因應產業鏈變化,也針對企業的產品創新與永續策略進行分析,綜合外部環境與內部資源進行分析,統籌歸納個案紡織產業之經營策略。本研究欲從個案公司內部高階決策者到研發業務人員的深度訪談,以個案研究的方式進行研討。從產業的分析及個案競爭優勢及組織發展演進之解析,探討個案如何在競爭市場環境下朝技術導向的企業發展,提升技術程度精進,規劃多元的市場策略與永續經營方向。研究結果發現依據顧客需求來提供、改良與創造產品,同時不同行業的客戶通常有不同的市場需求和偏好,對於製造商來說,符合各個行業客戶需求的產品,並且瞭解由此產生的顧客價值。針對不同客戶不同產業需求提供制定價格上的差異。射出勾也有不同材質,其材料的成本就不同,藉由不同的成本結構訂製更多彈性的價格來符合消費者需求。需要有良好的品質和服務才能獲得既有客戶及潛在客戶的推薦和口碑。永續經營的推動觀念大都著重於持續開發與營收獲利的方向。 The textile industry used to be one of the key development industries in Taiwan's economic development, from the past manufacturing OEM services to participating in design and manufacturing. This research takes T company in the textile industry as a case, mainly studies the value activity planning of the enterprise in the development process, analyzes the product innovation and sustainable strategy of the enterprise in response to the changes in the industrial chain, analyzes the external environment and internal resources, and integrates the case textile, business strategy of the industry. This study expects in-depth interviews with senior decision makers and R&D business personnel from the case company. From the analysis of the industry and the analysis of the competitive advantages of the case and the evolution of the organization, it discusses how the case develops into a technology-oriented enterprise in a competitive market environment, and plans a diversified market strategy and sustainable management direction. The results of the study found that products should be provided, improved and created according to customer needs. At the same time, customers in different industries usually have different market needs and preferences. For manufacturers, products that meet the needs of customers in various industries and understand the resulting customer value. According to the needs of different customers and different industries, we provide price differences. Injection hooks also have different materials, and the cost of the materials is different. With different cost structures, more flexible prices can be ordered to meet consumer needs. Good quality and service are needed to gain recommendation and word-of-mouth from existing and potential customers. Most of the promotion concepts of sustainable management focus on the direction of sustainable development and profitability.
