本研究主題為泰國文化在台灣之經營策略,針對台中市市區泰國飲食文化進行研究,透過文獻探討瞭解經濟策略和台灣和泰國差異以及文化經濟比較,利用專家訪談來瞭解泰國商店經營狀況與困難並且代入文化經濟與經濟策略,接著透過調查方式來得知泰國飲食文化在台中市區的經營以及本研究利用經濟與經濟文化角度所構想出的經營放式瞭解顧客的接受程度與參與程度,收集調查結果後進行方式來分析資料。將結果分析,進而發展經營策略,可提供給泰國文化在台灣之經營策略參考建議。 The theme of this research is the business strategy of Thai culture in Taiwan. It studies the Thai culture in the urban area of Taichung City. Through literature review, it understands the economic strategy and the differences between Taiwan and Thailand, as well as cultural and economic comparisons. It uses expert interviews to understand the operating conditions and difficulties of Thai stores and Substitute cultural economy and economic strategy, and then use survey methods to learn about the operation of Thai culture in the urban area of Taichung and the open business model conceived by this study from the perspective of economics and economic culture to understand the degree of customer acceptance and participation. After collecting the survey results way to analyze the data. Analyzing the results and then developing business strategies can provide references and suggestions for the business strategies of Thai culture in Taiwan.
