    摘要: 隨著數位轉型已經成為各行各業的發展趨勢,傳統水電行也面臨數位轉型的問題,但傳統水電行的口碑好壞除了取決於服務品質,更重要的是來自於消費者對水電師傅技術的亯賴度與口碑,如何使傳統水電行數位化轉型成功就是一大問題,因此本研究將利用層級分析法找出傳統水電行數位化轉型的關鍵成功因素,使傳統水電行能夠將最適當的資源做最佳化的運作,進而提高傳統水電行數位化轉型成功的機會,此為本研究主要研究目的。本研究依據數位轉型相關文獻建構傳統水電行數位化轉型關鍵成功因素四個構面與十七的細項指標,並以傳統水電行老闆、主管,共6位專家代表進行AHP專家問卷調查,再依層級分析法做問卷資料分析。研究結果顯示:1.「策略」是傳統水電行數位轉型成功最重要的構面,而人才發展則是最重要的細項指標。2.「人員」是傳統水電行數位轉型成功次重要的構面,而資訊孜全意識則是次重要的細項指標。根據研究結果,本研究建議傳統水電行要促進數位轉型成功,除了透過培訓的方式加強數位人才發展外,也頇培養員工具備資訊孜全意識,如此一來才能夠提高傳統水電行數位轉型成功機會。
    With digital transformation becoming a prevailing trend across industries, traditional hydropower distributor are also facing the challenge of digitalization. The reputation of such businesses relies not only on service quality but also on the trust and reputation consumers place in the technical skills of water and electricity technicians. Thus, the successful digital transformation of traditional hydropower distributor poses a significant problem. This study aims to utilize the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify the key success factors for digital transformation in traditional hydropower distributor. By optimizing the allocation of appropriate resources, this research aims to enhance the chances of successful digital transformation in these businesses.Based on relevant literature on digital transformation, this study constructs four dimensions and seventeen specific indicators as the key success factors for digital transformation in traditional hydropower distributor. A total of six experts representing traditional water and electricity business owners and supervisors participated in an AHP expert questionnaire survey, and the collected data were analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The research findings indicate that: 1. "Strategy" is the most crucial dimension for successful digital transformation in traditional hydropower distributor, with talent development being the most important specific indicator. 2. "Personnel" is the second most important dimension for successful digital transformation, with information security awareness being the second most important specific indicator. Based on these results, this study suggests that traditional hydropower distributor should enhance their chances of successful digital transformation by not only strengthening the development of digital talents through training but also fostering employees' information security awareness. By doing so, traditional hydropower distributor can improve their opportunities for successful digital transformation.
