| Abstract: | PVC 地磚是當今世界上非常流行的一種輕體地材，不論是亞洲或是歐美地區在裝潢材料上都很受歡迎，主要是因為此種材質的地磚優點很多，例如：防火性僅次於石材、仿真的木紋、防滑效果好…科技的進步帶來更完善的產品品質，但另一方面，因為 PVC 材質加工的關係也衍伸出環境問題，PVC 地磚使用的範圍很廣，包含學校、醫院等公共場所，影響的人就更多了，在這方面台灣是否有相應的對策，保護消費者的權益。本研究主要利用政治（Political）、經濟（Economic）、社會（Social）與科技（Technological）等四種因素探討台灣環境的 PVC 地磚產業。為達到研究目的，研究者首先蒐集 PEST 分析文獻，從四大層面，政治面、經濟面、社會面、科技面進行要點分析歸納，最後，本研究將對政府、業者、消費者提出建議做為日後參考。
PVC floor tile is a very popular light-weight floor material in the world today, whether it is in Asia or Europe and the United States, it is very popular as a decoration material, mainly because the floor tile of this material has many advantages, for example: fire resistance is second only to stone , simulated wood grain, good anti-skid effect etc. The progress of science and technology brings better product quality, but on the other hand, because of the relationship between PVC material processing and environmental problems, PVC floor tiles are used in a wide range, including schools, Hospitals and other public places affect even more people. Does Taiwan have corresponding countermeasures in this regard to protect the rights and interests of consumers? This study mainly uses four factors of Political, Economic, Social and Technological to explore the PVC floor tile industry in Taiwan's environment.In order to achieve the purpose of the research, the researchers first collectedPEST analysis literature, and analyzed and summarized the main points from four aspects: politics, economy, society, and technology.
