Through green decoration, we can achieve a living environment that reduces environmental hazards and improves health and well-being。The aim of this study is to develop applicable assessment, design, and construction strategies for green building, which can achieve time and cost savings, safety, and increased profitability in overall project management. Efficient management, control, and teamwork are crucial for directing, scheduling, and coordinating every process while meeting green design standards and reducing costs in terms of time, manpower, and resources. This practical report focuses on three relevant aspects: daily energy conservation, waste reduction, and environmental safety, extracted from the nine major indicators of green buildings. Targeting interior renovation professionals, the study proposes recommendations and methods to improve safety management on green construction sites, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, safety, and increased profitability, satisfying clients, design teams, and construction teams. The research recommends incorporating natural lighting and energy-saving designs, as well as considering resource reuse systems. Transparent pricing and the use of energy-efficient labeled equipment in HVAC engineering should be prioritized, without neglecting safety costs. Waste generation should be minimized through advocating for the use of recycled materials and strengthening wastewater treatment. These measures align with the principles of environmental protection, resource conservation, and sustainable development. Limitations such as resource and time constraints, limited sample size and spatial scope, data collection difficulties, and the lack of long-term tracking studies are acknowledged. Future research should focus on expanding the sample size, conducting in-depth tracking studies, diversifying data collection methods, fostering technological innovations, and exploring the socio-economic impact of green renovations. These directions will provide comprehensive insights into the effects and implications of green renovation. |
