由於近年來受到疫情影響,製造商缺貨嚴重導致消費端過度下單,當疫情減緩後,原本部分製造商的訂單遭到棄單,因而造成長鞭效應。當供應鏈風險的危機將導致市場不確定性變動時,連鎖出現的長鞭效應就會更加突顯。企業經營每天都需要面對銷售預測與訂單的不可預估性的變動。庫存與存貨管理策略需要採用效率更大的彈性變通與即時訊息。為了導入更優化的庫存管理機制,資訊軟體的協助可以構建更有效的分析技術,同時在達成生產要求與降低庫存成本兩者之間,找尋最佳的庫存解決方案對策。 本研究透過質性研究方法,探討工具機零組件產業面對長鞭效應時所採取的因應策略。為了深入瞭解相關產業在面臨急遽變化的消費者需求時的因應之道,本研究進行了五位資深經營者的訪談。由訪談中可獲得有關企業導入資訊系統對庫存管理的幫助以及對企業經營和員工的影響的重要資訊。期望藉由訪談結果,能夠為實務界提供更多有益的建議與幫助,以因應長鞭效應所帶來的挑戰。 Due to the recent impact of the pandemic, manufacturers have been experiencing severe shortages, leading to excessive orders from the consumer end. However, after the pandemic subsides, some manufacturers face order cancellations, resulting in the bullwhip effect. When the crisis of supply chain risks leads to market uncertainty, the occurrence of the bullwhip effect becomes more pronounced. Businesses must deal with the unpredictability of sales forecasts and order variations on a daily basis.Efficient inventory and stock management strategies require greater flexibility and real-time information. To implement optimized inventory management mechanisms, the assistance of information software can facilitate more effective analytical techniques. This enables finding the best inventory solutions that balance production requirements and inventory costs, thus enhancing a company's competitiveness in the market.This study adopts a qualitative research approach to explore the coping strategies adopted by the tooling machine component industry in response to the bullwhip effect. To gain in-depth insights into how related industries respond to rapidly changing consumer demands, five experienced executives were interviewed. These interviews provided valuable information on how the adoption of information systems can assist in inventory management and its impact on business operations and employees. It is hoped that the findings of this study will offer practical recommendations and assistance to the industry in addressing the challenges brought about by the bullwhip effect.
