This study explores the impact of CPC’s Smart Green Energy Services on corporate competitiveness. With the rise of the global green energy industry, sustainability transformation has become a global priority and the Taiwan government has announced a path and strategy for sustainability transformation, with "energy transformation" being a key goal. As one of Taiwan's major energy suppliers, CPC has a significant responsibility. This study used a questionnaire survey to investigate the impact of CPC's Smart Green Energy Services on corporate competitiveness. The results showed that CPC's Smart Green Energy Services had a positive impact on corporate competitiveness in terms of product quality, technology, and innovation. Based on dynamic capability theory, this study hypothetically examines CPC's transformation strategy: premium gasoline, gas station transformation, carbon reduction, clean energy, and the development of the hydrogen energy industry on industrial competitiveness, and explores the impact of climate risk management on CPC's Smart Green Energy Services and industrial competitiveness. This study emphasizes the importance of CPC's Smart Green Energy Services on corporate competitiveness, as well as the application of dynamic capability theory on corporate competitive advantage, and provides valuable insights to assist companies in effectively solving sustainability transformation issues. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of CPC's Smart Green Energy Services on its industrial competitiveness. The transportation system, which uses petroleum as fuel, accounts for about 23% of the world's greenhouse gas emissions, making the sustainability transformation a global imperative. The Taiwan government announced a path and strategy for sustainability transformation in January 2023, with "energy transformation" being one of its key goals. "Transportation" is an important part of sustainability transformation, and it is expected that petroleum-fueled vehicles will no longer be sold in the market by 2040. As one of Taiwan's major energy suppliers, CPC has a significant responsibility for energy transformation. Therefore, this study focuses on CPC's Smart Green Energy Services and examines its impact on industrial competitiveness.
