本研究以「生技產業的五力分析-以台中市S國際生技公司為例」為題目,旨在探討生技產業中保健食品領域的競爭環境與經營策略,並以台中市S國際生技公司為例。研究目的主要在於分析台灣生技產業中保健食品領域的競爭環境、探討生技產業中台灣保健食品領域應如何訂定經營策略以達到競爭優勢以及針對產業提出競爭策略建議。研究以麥克·波特(Michael Porter)提出的五力分析框架作為理論基礎,對產業供應商議價能力、買家議價能力、替代品的威脅、新進入企業的威脅以及現有競爭者五種競爭作用力進行分析探討。通過對對S國際生技公司發展現狀、競爭環境、產業競爭力和關鍵成功因素的分析,本研究試圖揭示生技產業的競爭格局,提出保健食品公司制定競爭策略的實務建議,並為相關企業及政府提供有益的策略建議。 The study aims to investigate the competitive environment and management strategies in the health food sector of the biotechnology industry, using a biotechnology company in Taichung City as a case study. The research objectives are mainly to analyze the competitive environment in the health food sector of Taiwan's biotechnology industry, explore how health food companies in Taiwan's biotechnology industry should establish management strategies to achieve competitive advantages, and propose recommendations for competitive strategies for the industry.The study uses Michael Porter's Five Forces Analysis framework as its theoretical basis, analyzing the five competitive forces of supplier bargaining power, buyer bargaining power, the threat of substitutes, the threat of new entrants, and existing competitors. Through the analysis of the current development, competitive environment, industrial competitiveness, and key success factors of the S International Biotech Company, this research attempts to reveal the competitive landscape of the biotechnology industry, propose practical suggestions for health food companies to formulate competitive strategies, and provide beneficial strategic recommendations for related enterprises and governments.
