    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討工作壓力、家庭壓力與身心健康對工作滿意度的影響,本研究採取立意抽樣法與網路問卷方式進行問卷調查,研究對象選擇臺中市政府消防局的特搜大隊成員,總共回收255份研究問卷,刪除2份無效研究問卷(填寫規律或不完整),總計獲得有效問卷253份。另一方面,本研究採用SPSS統計軟體進行資料處理及統計分析,包括敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信度分析及迴歸分析,實證結果顯示,(1)工作壓力對身心健康具有顯著負向影響;(2)家庭壓力對身心健康具有顯著負向影響;(3)身心健康對工作滿意度具有顯著正向影響;(4)工作壓力對工作滿意度沒有顯著影響;(5)家庭壓力對工作滿意度也沒有顯著影響。
    The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of work pressure, family pressure, and physical & mental healthon on the job satisfaction. In this study, we applied purposive sampling and Google form to collect questionnaire data, and screened the firefighters of Taichung city fire department as subjects. A total of two hundred and fifty-five questionnaires were responded, and there were two questionnaires were invalid of them. So, there are two hundred and fifty-three valid questionnaires in this questionnaire survey. On the other hand, we used SPSS to analyze valid questionnaires data and the main methods were descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis to verify the research assumptions. According to results, we were summarized as follows: (1) Work pressure shows a significant and negative influence on the physical & mental health; (2) Family pressure also shows a significant and negative influence on the physical & mental health; (3) Physical & mental health shows a significant and positive influence on the job satisfaction; (4) Work pressure has no significant influence on the job satisfaction; (5) Family pressure also has no significant influence on the job satisfaction.
