Abstract: | 食品產業提供全球人口消費需要的食物,其產品銷售與生產有本地化、區域化、以及國際化。製造供應體系歷經上游的原物料供應商、中游為加工製造食品的製造商、以及下游的零售商所組成。本研究研究對象為食品產業的製造商,主要生產食品罐頭。個案公司為澎湖具產業規模的企業,製造過程採用大規模的機器設備。因此,本研究以競爭策略、創業管理、以及服務品質為研究目的,使用個案研究方法,以深入訪談法進行個案資料收集。本研究將針對個案公司分析,預期獲得結論可提供個案公司或食品產業其他公司參考。本研究就個案公司分析,獲得結論為食品產業需要建立企業品牌、創業初期採合作模式、創業家堅定毅力、提供客戶滿意產品、嚴格現場製造管理、以及提供員工工作保障。本研究討論結果可提供個案公司或食品產業其他公司參考。 The food industry provides food to meet the consumption needs of the global population, with product sales and production taking place at local, regional, and international levels. The manufacturing and supply chain system involves upstream raw material suppliers, midstream food processing manufacturers, and downstream retailers. This research focuses on manufacturers in the food industry, specifically those involved in canned food production. The case study examines a well-established company in Penghu, which utilizes large-scale machinery in its manufacturing processes. Therefore, the research aims to explore competitive strategies, entrepreneurial management, and service quality, employing a case study approach and in-depth interviews for data collection. The analysis will primarily focus on the case company, with the expectation that the findings will provide insights and recommendations for the case company and other companies in the food industry.Based on the analysis of the case company, this study concludes that the food industry should establish a corporate brand, adopt a cooperative model in the early stages of entrepreneurship, exhibit entrepreneurial perseverance, provide customer satisfaction through quality products, implement strict on-site manufacturing management, and ensure job security for employees. The findings of this study offer valuable insights and recommendations for the case company and other companies operating in the food industry. |
