Abstract: | 臺灣憑藉著堅實的產業供應鏈,擁有手工具王國的美譽,有優良的生產製造技術與成本控管,同時擁有大型多量化規模性生產與少量化精緻製造的彈性換線生產能力,直接外銷比率達七成之高的產品出口導向市場。手工具定義使用手部操作為主,小到螺絲起子、鉗類手工具與扭力板手等,多於檢查、修理、組裝、分解等作業所需的工具。本研究以J公司為研究案例,在研究方法上運用SWOT分析與Mintzberg的5P模型工具作為理論基礎以及建立訪談內容之依據,並透過與三位資深的專業人士深度訪談,來探討個案公司在手工具傳統產業的業競爭優勢與經營策略的擬定,並根據訪談的資料進行分析,最後提供合適的解決方案與建議,以達到J公司永續經營的願景。最後根據研究結果顯示,J公司現階段的產品是具有前瞻性的發展,並以策略性地進入更高規格的市場,以跳脫夕陽產業的困境;而在本研究之限制為僅訪談三位該領域之台灣專家,未來研究可加入更多的國外專家,能使研究的主題範圍更寬廣,探討的問題也能更深入。 Taiwan is renowned for its solid industrial supply chain and the title of "hand tool kingdom", which is attributed to excellent production and manufacturing techniques and cost control. Taiwan also possesses flexible production capabilities with large-scale mass production and small-scale sophisticated manufacturing, with a direct export ratio of up to 70% of products aimed at export markets. Hand tools are defined as tools primarily operated by hand, ranging from screwdrivers and pliers to torque wrenches, used for tasks such as inspection, repair, assembly, and disassembly.This study takes J company as a research case, uses SWOT analysis and Mintzberg's 5 ps of strategy model as the theoretical basis and the basis for constructing the content of the interview, and discusses the case company’s status through in-depth interviews with three senior professionals. Competitive advantages and business strategy assumptions of the traditional hand tool industry, and analyzed based on the interviewed data, and finally provide appropriate solutions and suggestions to achieve J Company's desire for sustainable operation.Finally, according to the results of the research, the current products of Company J are forward-looking, and they are strategically entering a higher-standard market in order to escape the plight of a sunset industry; however, this research is limited to interviewing only three persons For Taiwanese experts in this field, more foreign experts can be added to the future research, so that the scope of research can be broader and the issues discussed can be deeper. |
