Abstract:	自2019年底，嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎 (Coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19) 在全球蔓延。在COVID-19康復後，多數患者表示咳嗽、發聲困難等長新冠症狀仍持續存在。本研究調查臺灣各地共76家中藥房，收集到69帖顧嗓子方，並拆解出77種藥材。定義相對引用次數 (relative frequency of citation, RFC) 大於0.3為常用藥材，依序為羅漢果、甘草、胖大海、麥門冬、桔梗和菊花，其皆屬於「藥食兩用」品項，食用安全性較高。雖然現今西方醫學已成為臺灣醫療主流，但有鑑於中藥房的中醫藥知識獨特且豐富，且治療喉嚨症狀之西醫手段有其治療侷限性，因此本研究收集臺灣傳統中藥房針對改善喉嚨症狀與保養喉嚨所使用的方劑，不僅能提供醫療端作為喉嚨症狀的治療藥物選用參考，更保存臺灣傳統中藥房流傳已久的中醫藥知識，避免其流失。 Since the end of 2019, Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been spreading worldwide. After recovering from COVID-19, most patients reported long-haul COVID symptoms such as cough and dysphonia.In this study, a total of 76 traditional Chinese pharmacies in Taiwan were investigated, and 69 formulae were collected and 77 medicinal materials were deconstructed. The commonly used materials with relative frequency of citation (RFC) greater than 0.3 were, in order, Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) C.Jeffrey ex A.M.Lu & Zhi.Y.Zhang, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch., Scaphium affine (Mast.) Pierre, Ophiopogon japonicus (Thunb.) Ker Gawl., and Platycodon grandiflorus (Jacq.) A.DC., all of which are "homology of medicine and food" and have higher safety for consumption.Although Western medicine has now become the mainstream of medical treatment in Taiwan, given the unique and rich knowledge in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies and the therapeutic limitations of Western medicine for the treatment of throat symptoms. This study was conducted to collect the formulae used by traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies in Taiwan for the improvement of throat symptoms and throat maintenance, which not only provides medical professionals with a reference for the selection of drugs for the treatment of throat symptoms, but also preserves the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine that has been passed down in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies in Taiwan and prevents its loss.
