    Abstract: 近來,假日休閒農場漸漸成為民眾旅遊造訪的重要景點,大多結合在地農業與飲食作為號召。休閒農場往往推廣與強調在地農產品特色,對於推動綠色飲食有很大助益。然則,遊客所具有的綠色飲食認知,可能與他們願意持續造訪此類推動在地農業的休閒農場,與實踐綠色飲食行為意圖有所關聯。故本研究以桃園市為例,探討遊客對休閒農場綠色飲食認知與飲食行為之關聯性。本研究以問卷調查法對桃園市三處休閒農場進行研究,採便利抽樣的方法於2022年12月1日至2022年12月31日進行問卷調查,共回收170份,得有效問卷146份,有效回收率85.9%。研究結果得知:1.綠色飲食認知答對題數與受訪遊客本身的綠色飲食行為有顯著性相關。2.綠色飲食認知答對題數與受訪遊客在農場的綠色飲食行為有顯著性相關。3.受訪遊客本身的綠色飲食消費行為與其在農場的綠色飲食行為有顯著性相關。4.觀光動機與受訪遊客本身的綠色飲食行為有顯著性相關。5.觀光動機與受訪遊客在農場的綠色飲食行為有顯著性相關。本研究建議休閒農場業者可以在餐點的提供上,以農場所提供之當季盛產的食材入菜,並針對各族群的遊客設計相關的體驗課程,透過課程提升其綠色飲食認知,達到教育的意義。
    In recent years, leisure farms have gradually become important destinations for tourists during holidays and vacations. Most of these farms combine local agriculture and dining as their appeal. Leisure farms often promote and emphasize the characteristics of local agricultural products, which greatly contributes to sustainable diets. However, the cognitions of sustainable diets possessed by tourists may be related to their willingness to continue visiting leisure farms that promote local agriculture and commit to sustainable diets. Therefore, this study, taking Taoyuan City as the subject, aimed to investigate the relationship between tourists' cognitions of sustainable diets and dietary behaviors in leisure farms. From December 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, this research employed a questionnaire survey method to explore three leisure farms in Taoyuan City through convenience sampling. A total of 170 questionnaires were collected, with 146 valid questionnaires, resulting in an effective response rate of 85.9%. The summarized results were as follows:1. The number of correct answers on the questions of the cognitions of sustainable diets was significantly correlated with tourists' own sustainable dietary behaviors.2. The number of correct answers on the questions of the cognitions of sustainable diets was significantly correlated with cognitions' sustainable dietary behaviors in leisure farms.3. Tourists' own sustainable dietary behaviors were significantly correlated with their behaviors in leisure farms.4. Tourists' motivations were significantly correlated with their own sustainable dietary behaviors.5. Tourists’ motivations were significantly correlated with their sustainable dietary behaviors in leisure farms.Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that leisure farm managers incorporate their seasonal produces into their meal offerings. Moreover, designing relevant experiential learning program for different tourist groups can help to enhance their cognitions of sustainable diets, and eventually serve an educational purpose.
