    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在了解台中市東大附中高一學生健康體適能狀態,在經過8週慢跑活動介入後是否具備顯著提升成績之成效,期盼經過此研究結果,能夠促使教育單位及學校更重視學生應於成長階段養成運動習慣並理解健康體適能的重要性,同時也將研究結果提供學生健康體適能增進之參考,期盼提升高中生健康體適能,建立健康生活之基礎。 健康體適能檢測項目分別為:身體質量指數(BMI)、柔軟度(坐姿體前彎)、肌力(立定跳遠)、肌耐力(一分鐘仰臥起坐)、心肺適能(800公尺或1600公尺跑赱)。經過相依樣本t檢定所得研究結果:一、高一學生經過8週慢跑活動介入後,健康體適能中「身體質量指數」、「柔軟度」無顯著差異,沒有明顯提升效果。二、高一學生經過8週慢跑活動介入後,健康體適能中「肌耐力」、「肌力」、「心肺適能」有顯著差異,有明顯提升效果。
    The main objective of this study is to understand the health and fitness status of the first year high school students in Taichung City. Whether it has significantly improved performance after 8 weeks of jogging activity. It is hoped that after the results of this research, educational units and schools will pay more attention to the importance of students' exercise habits and understanding the importance of healthy physical fitness in the growth stage, and at the same time, the research results will provide a reference for students' healthy physical fitness improvement, hoping to improve the health and physical fitness of high school students and establish a foundation for a healthy life.The fitness test items are: body mass index (BMI), flexibility (forward bending in a sitting position), muscle strength (standing long jump), muscle endurance (one-minute sit-ups), cardiorespiratory fitness (800 meters or 1600 meters running). The results of the relevant sample t verification results:1. After 8 weeks of jogging activities, there was no significant difference in "body mass index" and "softness" in healthy physical fitness, and there was no significant improvement effect.2. After 8 weeks of jogging activities, there were significant differences in muscle strength, muscle endurance and cardiopulmonary fitness in healthy physical fitness, and there was a significant improvement effect.
