    Abstract: 本報告主旨在探究消防人員進行新式體能訓練結合重量訓練與舊式常年訓練項目的差異,以及兩者間對於消防人員執行救災救護之助益。外勤一線消防人員須面臨多樣性的災害現場,火災搶救時所穿著的全套防護裝備(PPE)、人命救助的繩索鉤環以及緊急救護勤務中搬運病患等,皆屬於負荷較大的重度工作,因此強健的身體素質更是消防員的基本條件。依據舊有消防署消防人員常年訓練實施規定,消防局每半年需測驗一次術科體能訓練,其中所包含之項目大多屬於徒手訓練或肌耐力訓練,而新式體能訓練及重量訓練之內容針對爆發力、最大肌力、核心肌群等肌力訓練。因此兩者之間所訂定之標準能否有效地增進消防人員實務上救災救護之表現,值得我們身為實際執行勤務的外勤人員來探討。本報告將介紹重量訓練及新式體能包含之內容,加以分析各動作所強化的目標肌力、爆發力等,藉由深度訪談法以半結構式,對比兩者間於實際執行勤務上之差異,本報告能提供給外勤消防人員於分隊所排定每日訓練時做參考,主要目的是彰顯現今外勤消防人員所需要的是更全面性的訓練,不僅僅是提升工作表現更能增進自身體能條件。
    The main purpose of this report is to explore the differences between firefighters' new physical training combined with weight training and the old-style perennial training programs, and the benefits of the two for firefighters to perform disaster relief. The front-line firefighters in the field must face a variety of disaster scenes. The full set of protective equipment (PPE) worn during fire rescue, rope hooks and loops for life rescue, and patient handling in emergency ambulance operations are all heavy workloads. Therefore, strong physical fitness is the basic condition for firefighters.According to the implementation regulations of the old fire department's annual training for firefighters, the fire department needs to test the physical training of surgical subjects every six months. Strength and core muscle training. Therefore, whether the standards established between the two can effectively improve the performance of firefighters in practical disaster relief and rescue is worth discussing as field personnel who actually perform duties.This report will introduce the content of weight training and new physical fitness, and analyze the target muscle strength and explosive power strengthened by each movement. Operation essentials and demonstrate its operation, compare the difference between the two in the actual execution of duties, this report can provide a reference for field firefighters when the team arranges daily training, the main purpose is to highlight the needs of field firefighters today It is a more comprehensive training, not only to improve work performance but also to improve one's own physical condition.
