Abstract: | 本研究主旨探討消防員備勤運用時間進行體能訓練之方式,以及該訓練方式對於提升在新式體能測驗成績之效益。依據消防署的規定各縣市消防局每半年需辦理常年訓練測驗消防人員之體能狀況,且消防署在111年公布了新版的消防員新式體能測驗項目,其中的測驗項目與往年舊式測驗項目有所差異,新式測驗項目更加著重於測驗最大肌力、爆發力、全身協調性、無氧耐力等項目,使得消防員需針對新式測驗項目改變平時之體能訓練方式。且消防之工作性質為輪班制,上班時間必須在分隊內待命準備隨時準備出勤,而休假時可能得陪伴家人、處理日常瑣事而無法前往適當場所訓練體能,且長時間在隊上備勤待命下會逐漸累積壓力,若能能妥善的運用在隊上備勤時間進行體能訓練,同時可以達到增強體能以在新式測驗之中取得更加的分數外,亦能同時以運動休閒排解連續上班待命累積之壓力,故產生此研究想法,在本研究中會藉由阻力訓練、高強度間歇訓練等方式規劃出適合在分隊執行之訓練內容,並在以定期訓練八週的時間為標準,在訓練前與後以新式測驗項目進行測驗,以前測與後測之成績檢測該訓練內容之有效性,並針對有需要改善之部分提出建議供現職消防人員參考。 The purpose of this study is to explore the way firefighters use their stanby time for physical training, and the effectiveness of this training method in improving the performance of new physical fitness tests during annual training. According to the regulations of the fire department, each county and city fire department needs to conduct annual training and test the physical condition of firefighters every six months, and the fire department announced a new version of the new physical fitness test items for firefighters in 2011. The test items are different from the old test items in previous years. , The new test items are more focused on testing items such as maximum muscle strength, explosive power, whole body coordination, and anaerobic endurance, which makes firefighters need to change their usual physical training methods for the new test items. Moreover, the nature of the firefighting work is a shift system. During working hours, you must be on standby in the team and be ready to go to work at any time. When you are on vacation, you may have to accompany your family and deal with daily chores, so you cannot go to a suitable place for physical training, and you must be on standby in the team for a long time The pressure will gradually accumulate under the pressure. If you can properly use the spare time in the team to carry out physical training, you can not only enhance your physical fitness to get better scores in the new test, but also use sports and leisure to relieve continuous work. Because of the accumulated pressure on standby, this research idea was born. In this study, resistance training, high-intensity interval training, etc. will be used to plan the training content suitable for the team. Before and after the training, new test items are used to test the effectiveness of the training content based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, and suggestions are made for the reference of current firefighters on the parts that need to be improved. |
