    Abstract: 本研究旨在以綠色療癒力結合休閒活動規劃,探討社區活動設計結合休閒療癒之規劃實務,進行質性訪談調查。整合本研究目的一、瞭解綠色療癒的定義與作法。二、探討社區關懷據點的休閒活動設計實務。三、探討休閒療癒活動的介入方式與策略。四、提供未來其他社區規劃休閒活動之參考。有以下結論:一、社區休閒療癒區規劃休閒療癒區規劃共分三區域,一是農事體驗區,讓長者可以產地到餐桌,每日可以自由農作及作息。二是手作植物區,體驗手作植物盆栽的DIY,庭園種植了許多香草植物,透過五感分為視、聽、觸、嗅、味等五類,並在心中建構出不同場域的獨特印象。參與者可以靜下心來,接受社區腳步的帶領,除了農事體驗、手作植物以外,第三區是香草藝坊區,把參與者的心情抒壓放鬆在創作欣賞空間裡,聆聽在地環境的聲音、觸感、氣味、飲食的五感體驗,更豐富了人對於不同生活文化、地形地貌、自然景觀的綜合認知。二、活動設計本質重視三項本質:提供休閒體驗的機會、創造暖心休閒環境、建構社交機會。以下是幾點未來實務建議,如何重視當地社區文化。1.尊重水汴頭社區文化和社區資源當地社區和文化是每個地方的獨特之處。綠色療癒規劃應該尊重當地的文化和價值觀,並確保社區資源的設計和實施符合當地的文化。透過與當地居民交流,了解當地文化、習俗和傳統,並將其融入農業體驗中,以達到保護和促進當地文化的目的。2.促進當地社區的發展休閒療癒區規劃應該促進當地社區的發展,幫助當地居民參與旅遊產業的發展,提升當地經濟和生活水平。與當地社區合作,尋找合適的旅遊路線,提供就業機會和收入,並支持當地企業和社區發展可持續的旅遊模式。3.鼓勵亞健康病友交流和體驗鼓勵文化交流和五感體驗,讓旅客更深入地了解當地文化和社區。這可以通過與當地居民交流、參與當地文化活動來加深經驗。
    This research aims to combine green healing power with leisure activity planning, explore the planning practice of community activity design combined with leisure healing, and conduct qualitative interview survey. Integrating the purpose of this study 1. To understand the definition and practices of green healing. 2. Discuss the design practice of leisure activities in community care bases. 3. Discuss the intervention methods and strategies of leisure and healing activities. 4. Provide references for planning leisure activities in other communities in the future. There are the following conclusions:1. Community leisure and healing area planningThe leisure and healing area is planned to be divided into three areas. The first is the farming experience area, where the elderly can go from the production site to the dining table, and they can farm and rest freely every day. The second is the hand-made plant area, where you can experience the DIY of hand-made potted plants. Many vanilla plants are planted in the garden. Through the five senses, they are divided into five categories: sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste, and construct unique impressions of different fields in your heart. . Participants can calm down and accept the guidance of the community. In addition to farming experience and hand-made plants, the third area is the vanilla art workshop area, where participants can express their emotions and relax in the creation and appreciation space, listening to the local environment. The five-sense experience of sound, touch, smell, and food enriches people's comprehensive cognition of different living cultures, topography, and natural landscapes.2. The nature of activity designPay attention to three essences: providing opportunities for leisure experience, creating a warm leisure environment, and constructing social opportunities. Here are some practical suggestions for the future, how to value the local community culture.The third area is the vanilla art workshop area, where participants can express their emotions and relax in the creation and appreciation space, and listen to the five senses experience of the local environment's sound, touch, smell, and food, which enriches people's understanding of different living cultures, topography and landforms , Comprehensive cognition of natural landscape.
