    Abstract: With the growing competition in the industry, business to discuss individual performance by the team leader's leadership style, or the impact of organizational performance from the emotional management and emotional intelligence, rarely to research on the relationship between leader’s positive and negative emotions and team member performance. And a high cohesive organizations often have a higher individual performance. But leader’s positive and negative emotions will indirectly affect individual performance through cohesion. This is also the focus of this research .
    Purpose of this research is to explore leader’s positive and negative emotions effect on team member performance and cohesion . This research collected seven companies of questionnaire. Research objects are the financial, telecommunications and funeral service industry's primary line of service personnel.
    Research found that when leader showed more positive emotions, the more easily enhance employee performance . On the contrary, reducing employee performance. Cohesion on leader’s positive emotions and personal performance with a mediating effect, but leader’s negative emotions and individual performance is not a mediating effect. At the same time, this research results can help us to understand the process that a leader’s positive and negative emotions how to affect the team member's personal performance. Finally, the research also discusses the management implications and meaning.
