    Abstract: 2019年底受嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19)影響,導致旅遊業蕭條至2022年中,隨著疫情雨後天晴陸續解封,政府積極推動國人觀光遊憩和國人旅遊需求大量增加,台灣綠色旅遊市場也恢復生機,綠色旅遊不僅提供了經濟效益,也提高國人對環境保護之意識,使自然資源得以永續利用與發展,為長久以來臺灣旅遊經濟發展與環境保護議題有了新的目標,而成為觀光產業的新趨勢。 從臺中旅遊人口來分析,臺中市大坑風景區是市民一處重要的休閒場所,也是旅遊熱門打卡景區。本研究目的探討大坑風景區在綠色旅遊規劃原則與永續發展的情況下,藉由訪談相關專家及在地人士,進而研究推動綠色旅遊之可行性,未來將可提供相關資訊,給管理者規劃發展綠色旅遊之分析及建議。針對相關學者、在地人士等六人進行深度訪談,資料分析瞭解大坑地區目前規劃綠色旅遊之理念及方向,而將本研究分為四大面,分別為綠色遊程、環境、經濟及永續規劃,進行彙整分析。 最後研究發現結果,永續發展原則包含經濟、環境及社會三個面向,就可行性探討,文化社會層面可行性,執行上會比較困難,文化遺產不足及沒落、無計畫培訓青年返鄉就業服務,都是目前需努力的地方。總結推動大坑綠色旅遊在永續發展與經營,是需要滾動式調整目標及規劃策略,當地業者、居民、環境、生態都要納入考量,也期盼政府機關或地區能重視並給予資源,讓大坑風景區在生態人文與經濟等方面都能有效提升。
    Affected by the severe special infectious pneumonia (COVID-19) at the end of 2019, the tourism industry was depressed until the middle of 2022. As the epidemic situation gradually unblocked after the rain, the government actively promoted the tourism and tourism of Chinese people.The demand for tourism has increased significantly, and Taiwan's green tourism market has also revived. Green tourism not only provides economic benefits, but also improves people's awareness of environmental protection, enabling the sustainable use and development of natural resources. The topic has a new goal and has become a new trend in the tourism industry. From the perspective of Taichung's tourist population, the Dakeng Scenic Area in Taichung City is an important leisure place for citizens and a popular tourist attraction. The purpose of this study is to discuss the principles of green tourism planning and sustainable development of Dakeng Scenic Area. By interviewing relevant experts and local people, the feasibility of promoting green tourism will be studied. In the future, relevant information will be provided to managers. Analysis and suggestions for planning and developing green tourism. Conducted in-depth interviews with six people including relevant scholars and local people, and analyzed the data to understand the concept and direction of green tourism planning in Dakeng area. This research is divided into four aspects, namely green travel, environment, economy and sustainability Planning, aggregate analysis.The final research found that the principle of sustainable development includes three aspects of economy, environment and society. In terms of feasibility, the feasibility of cultural and social aspects will be more difficult to implement. The cultural heritage is insufficient and declining, and there is no plan to train young people to return to their hometowns for employment. Services are all areas that need to be worked on at present. In summary, to promote the sustainable development and operation of green tourism in Dakeng, it is necessary to adjust the goals and planning strategies on a rolling basis. Local operators, residents, environment, and ecology must be taken into consideration. It is also hoped that government agencies or regions will pay attention and provide resources so that Dakeng Scenic Area can be effectively improved in terms of ecology, humanities and economy.
