Abstract: | 隨著時代進步與發展,造就了氣候變遷及極端氣候生成,使得如旱災、洪災、地震等天然災害日漸頻繁且嚴重,再加上社會進步下的產物,如高樓林立、賣場大型化、建築地下化等,讓現代救災類型已不再侷限、單一,而趨向複合且艱危,這也加重了消防人員在救援上的困難性,同時也帶來莫大的考驗;然而消防體制內長期存在的人力不足、勤休制度、勤務權責、業務評比、車輛裝備等問題更是造成同仁工作壓力的主要來源之一。為瞭解彰化縣消防局外勤同仁所面臨的工作壓力與因應策略現況,及比較不同背景之消防人員其工作壓力與因應策略的差異、兩者間之關聯性,本研究將透過問卷調查方式進行數據統計分析,並以彰化縣消防局第二大隊所屬消防人員為研究母群體,透過軟體SPSS 29將問券資訊進行統計分析,藉由「描述性統計」、「獨立樣本t 檢定」、「單因子變異數分析」、「皮爾森積差相關係數」等方法求其結果,經探討後提供消防機關及消防人員良善建議,以達減輕其龐大壓力及提升工作品質、效率,進而保障人民生命財產安全。 With the progress and development of the times, climate change and extreme weather have been created, making natural disasters such as droughts, floods, and earthquakes increasingly frequent and severe, coupled with the products of social progress, such as tall buildings, large-scale stores, and underground building, etc., make modern rescue types no longer limited and single, but tend to be complex and dangerous, which also aggravates the difficulty of firefighters in rescue, and also brings great challenges; however the issues of manpower shortage, work and restsystem, service rights and responsibilities, business assessment, vehicle equipment in fire circle are one of the main sources of work pressure for colleagues. In order to understand the current status of work pressure and response strategies faced by the field colleagues of Changhua Fire Bureau, and to compare the differences in work pressure and response strategies of firefighters with different backgrounds, as well as the correlation between the two, this study will conduct statistical analysis of data through questionnaire survey, and take the firefighters belonging to the second brigade of Changhua County Fire Department as the research parent group, through the software SPSS 29 to conduct statistical analysis of the questionnaire information and use Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample t test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation methods to obtain the results, after discussion, provide good suggestions for fire agencies and firefighters, so as to reduce their huge pressure and improve work quality and efficiency, thereby ensuring the safety of people's lives and property safety. |
