隨著北京市人口老齡化加劇,居家養老成為最主要的養老模式。然而,北京市的老舊社區是人口老齡化程度最高的區域,老年人在家中面臨的問題日益突出。 這些問題可以通過老舊社區改造得到緩解,但以往研究並沒有構建有效的老舊社區適老化改造指標,因而不利於老舊社區改造的適老化評價。本研究運用老齡化生態模型和積極老齡化框架理論,運用模糊德爾菲法(FDM)識別出了北京市老舊社區適老化評價指標,獲得了清晰的層級結構,通過模糊決策試驗和評價試驗法分析了層級結構的因果關係,並確定了各個指標的權重。運用網路分析法,驗證了層級結構的一致性和有效性。結果表明,物質環境和經濟因素是關鍵因素。128項指標中有51項被確定為主要指標,其中人口密度、可步行性、建築設計合理、幸福滿意度和政府部門被確定為最重要的指標。 Aging-in-place has become the most important elderly care mode for the aging population in Beijing, China. However, the old community in Beijing is the area with the highest aging degree and is faced by the elderly at home increasingly. The problems need to alleviate through old residential areas renovation, while effective aging-friendly indicators are not well-addressed in previous studies. Based on the aging ecological model and the active aging framework theory, this study applies the fuzzy Delphi method to obtain valid indicators. A fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory method is applied to handle the interrelationships among the indicators. The analytic network process is applied to justify the consistency in the hierarchical structures. The results show that the physical environment and economic indicators are with the highest weights. In addition, population density, walkability, reasonable architectural design, happiness satisfaction, and government departments are the weighted indicators.
