Abstract: | COVID-19疫情的爆發、中美貿易戰與俄烏戰爭的持續,對於全球貿易及供應鏈產生了重大的衝擊,面臨供貨交期延誤、生產停擺、物流凍結等困難,臺灣以中小企業為主,在體制不夠完善及資源有限的環境下,許多企業對於自身的經營策略並不完全了解,遇到國際情勢的變動,較難快速找出合適的對策加以因應。因此,本研究以中部一家小型機械零件出口貿易商為例,以個案研究法探討個案現況並整理現有商業模式(Business Model)及策略分析,運用半結構式訪談法向個案員工及供應商主管進行深入訪談,了解外部衝擊下供貨交期延誤之情況及看法,並用文字探勘(Text Mining)的視覺化技術-文字雲(Word Cloud)工具呈現訪談結果之關鍵字,最後本研究提供個案針對供貨交期延誤之改善對策及商業模式未來圖。在個案的訪談過程及策略分析中,本研究發現供應商管理為個案企業經營中最重要的一環,並在半結構式訪談時,綜合各受訪者之經驗與看法,提出因應供貨交期延誤之對策,建議個案應先分析現有客戶及供應商特性,適當採取不同策略,主動向客戶詢問下年度預測訂單量,以提前準備,同步尋找供應商備案,以降低風險,並積極維持良好的客戶關係,以便因應供貨交期延誤情況時進行有利個案之協商。 The outbreak of COVID-19, the ongoing U.S.-China trade war, and the conflict of the Russia-Ukraine war have had significant impacts on global trade and supply chains. Companies have faced challenges such as supply delivery delays, production disruptions, and logistics freezes. In Taiwan, most companies are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), they were faced with limited resources and incomplete systems. Many companies may not understand of their own business strategies. When confronted with changes in the international situation, it became difficult for them to quickly identify suitable strategies to cope with these challenges. Therefore, we take a small machinery parts export trader in central Taiwan as a case study. Use the case study method to explore the current situation and sort out the business model and strategy analysis of the case company. Then use the semi-structured interviews method with case employees and supervisors from its suppliers to gain in-depth insights into the impact of external shocks on delivery delays and use the visual technology of text mining - word cloud tool to present the keywords of the interview results. Finally, we provide improvement strategies for the delivery delays and future business model canvas of the case company. In the interview process and strategy analysis of the case company, we found that supplier management is the most important part of them. In the semi-structured interviews, we integrated the experience and opinions of the interviewees, and provided strategies for delivery delays. It is suggested that the case company should first analyze the characteristics of existing customers and suppliers, adopt different strategies appropriately, actively ask customers about the forecasted order quantity to prepare in advance, and look for other suppliers as backup to reduce risks, and actively maintain good customer relationships and negotiate the status of delivery delays. |
