Abstract: | 本研究為要了解東南亞新住民求職與就業影響因素,透過質性研究的深入訪談東南亞新住民在求職與就業在台的經驗與感受,進一步去探討這些因素之間的相關,並將這些影響因素經由整理、彙整,最後作為新住民求職與就業上相關政策的改進與建議。透過此研究要去探討東南亞新住民的求職與就業現況、就業中所面對的挑戰與困境,以及將研究結果作為政策的建議,因此,在研究過程中會以「反壓迫觀點」來分析與觀察,不只是透過質性研究的訪談,期望在研究中蒐集東南亞新住民在就業中所遇到挑戰與困境的問題,將其問題作為政策建議,使東南亞新住民的就業上增添一份保障與公平。綜合上述,本研究之研究目的在:1.探討東南亞新住民求職與就業現況;2.探討東南亞新住民求職與就業所面對的困境與挑戰及其因應策略;3.本研究之結果作為政府政策之改善建議。研究方法:採質性深入訪談法,訪談三位東南亞新住民,進行資料蒐集與分析。研究結論有三:1.新住民對於福利政策認識不足,2.新住民深受社會環境的影響,3. 新住民對於自身優勢的認知不足。 This study aims to understand the factors influencing job search and employment among new residents in Southeast Asia, in-depth interviews with Southeast Asia new immigrants through qualitative research on their experiences and feelings in job hunting and employment in Taiwan, further explore the correlation between these factors, and organize and summarize these influencing factors, Finally, as an improvement and suggestion for policies related to job hunting and employment for new residents.Through this study, we aim to explore the current situation of job seeking and employment among new residents in Southeast Asia,challenges and dilemmas faced in employment, And using research findings as policy recommendations, Therefore, in the research process, the "anti oppression perspective" will be used for analysis and observation,Not just through qualitative research interviews, I hope to collect the challenges and difficulties faced by new residents in Southeast Asia in their employment during the research,Using its issues as policy recommendations, Add a guarantee and fairness to the employment of new residents in Southeast Asia.Based on the above, the research purpose of this study is to:1. Explore the current situation of job seeking and employment for new residents in Southeast Asia, 2. Exploring the difficulties and challenges faced by new residents in Southeast Asia in job search and employment, as well as corresponding strategies,3.The results of this study serve as improvement suggestions for government policies. Research method: Qualitative in-depth interview method, Interview with Three New Southeast Asian Residents, Conduct data collection and analysis. There are three research conclusions: 1. Insufficient understanding of welfare policies among new residents,2.New residents are deeply influenced by the social environment, 3. New residents lack awareness of their own advantages. |
