Abstract: | 婚姻中的大陸新住民女性在面對多重困境時,如何扛起家庭經濟開銷,成為主要經濟支柱,其歷程中之困境、助力與展現之韌性,值得我們關注。 本研究藉由三位在婚姻中的大陸新住民女性的經歷採用質性研究深入訪談方式,探討新住民成為家庭主要經濟支柱歷程中之困境與助力、成為家庭主要經濟支柱後之影響以及歷程中所呈現的韌性。研究結果如下:一、歷程:生存壓力、迎難而上 困境方面--經濟困境、配偶與夫家的歧視與刻板印象、家內壓迫、外在支持系統與資源匱乏以及創業困境;助力方面包含孩子是一切的動力、社福機構是生活的綠洲、朋友親人是患難中的溫暖、過去的經歷與專長是翻轉的基石。二、影響--經濟支柱、各其有命 個人方面—可提升自我價值、自信並擴展人際網絡資源,但因負荷沉重對身心造成負向之影響。家庭方面—不一定因此改變其家庭地位與決策權,但角色衝突、雙重負擔較一般女性更沉重。社會方面—穩定弱勢家庭的經濟與功能,給予孩子健全的成長環境,促進社會連結以及運用社會資源的能力。三、韌性—幽暗低谷、韌性成長(一)保護因子三機制 「替補」機制是「耐壓力」、「靈性的滋養」、「外在資源的增能」。「挑戰」機制是「良好的自我認知」與「母職的能力」、「外在資源的增能」。「免疫」機制是「過去經歷的積累」。(二)韌性歷程三元素 三位受訪者正向解讀下產生韌性的能量與行動:「替補」機制的韌性能量產生「堅定前行、務實作為」的行動;「挑戰」機制產生「主動承擔、迎難而上」的承擔;「免疫」機制產生「順應時機、厚積薄發」的作為。四、建議(一)建立初來台新住民之關懷機制 (二) 加強社會服務追蹤工作 The difficulties, assistance, and resilience demonstrated by mainland new resident women in marriage, as they face multiple difficulties and become the main economic pillar, deserve our attention. This study uses qualitative research to conduct in-depth interviews on the experiences of three mainland new resident women in marriage, exploring the difficulties and assistance of new residents in becoming the main economic pillar of the family, the impact of becoming the main economic pillar of the family, and the resilience presented during the process. The research results are as follows:1. Journey - Survival pressure, overcoming challengesAbout difficulties-- In terms of survival pressure, overcoming difficulties - economic difficulties, discrimination and stereotypes between spouses and their families, internal oppression, lack of external support systems and resources, and entrepreneurial difficulties; In terms of assistance, children are the driving force behind everything, social welfare institutions are the oasis of life, friends and family are the warmth in times of adversity, and past experiences and expertise are the cornerstone of flipping.2. Impact - economic pillars, each with its own destinyPersonal aspect - it can enhance self-worth, self-confidence, and expand interpersonal network resources, but due to heavy workload, it has a negative impact on the body and mind. In terms of family, it may not necessarily change their family status and decision-making power, but role conflicts and double burdens are heavier than those of ordinary women. Social aspects - stabilizing the economy and functions of vulnerable families, providing children with a healthy growth environment, promoting social connections, and the ability to utilize social resources.3. Resilience - Dark Valley, Resilience Growth(1) Three mechanisms of protective factorsThe "substitute" mechanism is "stress resistance", "spiritual nourishment", and "external resource enhancement". The "challenge" mechanism is "good self-awareness", "mothering ability", and "enhancement of external resources". The "immunity" mechanism is "the accumulation of past experiences".(2) Three elements of resilience courseI The three elements of resilience process are positively interpreted by the three interviewees as the energy and actions that generate resilience: the resilience energy of the "substitute" mechanism generates actions that are "firm and pragmatic" The "challenge" mechanism generates a sense of "proactive commitment, overcoming challenges" The "immune" mechanism produces the act of "adapting to timing and accumulating knowledge".4. Suggestions(1) Establishing a care mechanism for newly arrived residents in Taiwan.(2) Strengthen social service tracking work. |
