Abstract:	地球暖化，人類從新思考資源之運用與產業發展模式，於是，循環經濟產業開始受到各國的關注。各國正熱烈推動之農村再生與地方創生，同時帶來鄉村循環經濟發展之機會。本研究聚焦在社區發展的角度，探討循環經濟產業之紮根實踐。竹仔坑社區近期致力拓展社區循環經濟產品之研發，正準備以全社區的觀點朝向社區循環經濟產業之永續發展。本研究採用行動研究法，期望藉以促進竹仔坑社區循環經濟產業之永續發展，並探索社區發展循環經濟產業之原理原則。針對竹仔坑社區在推動循環經濟產業所採行的理念策略等五項策略行動，本研究以理念認同感、資源效能感、組織參與度、空間吸引力與行銷獲利率等五個指標向度，對立意抽樣的社區幹部、社區居民與合作團體進行深度訪談，研究發現，竹仔坑社區循環經濟產業經過多年的推展，已逐漸建立一套包含生態理念、社區參與、技術創新、組織培訓、行銷推廣與區域協同等要件的永續運作模式。 With global warming, human beings rethink the use of resources and industrial development models. Therefore, the circular economy industry has begun to attract the attention of various countries. Rural regeneration and local creation are being enthusiastically promoted by various countries, and at the same time bring opportunities for the development of rural circular economy. This study focuses on the perspective of community development and explores the grounded practice of circular economy industries. Zhuzaikeng community has recently been committed to expanding the research and development of community circular economy products, and is preparing to move towards the sustainable development of community circular economy industries from the perspective of the whole community. This study adopts the action research method, hoping to promote the sustainable development of the circular economy industry in Zhuzaikeng community, and explore the principles and principles of the community's development of circular economy industry. This study conducted in-depth interviews with intentionally sampled community cadres, community residents, and cooperative groups based on five indicators: sense of concept identity, sense of resource efficacy, degree of organizational participation, attractiveness of space, and marketing profitability.The research found that after years of promotion of the Zhuzaikeng community circular economy industry, a set of ecological concept, community participation, technological innovation, organizational training, marketing promotion and promotion has gradually been established.
