Questionnaires are used to collect data and to analyze female junior high school students’ attitude toward campus bully. The intention of this study is to examine the predictability of each pre-assumed variables. Participants are 470 female junior high school students in Nantou County, 95% of useable responses out of a 99% response rate were collected. Simple regression is applied o analyze the data. Conclusions of this study are: 1. Most of students believe that lesser-degree campus bully is common. They also believe the frequency of the severe-degree campus bully would be rarer. 2. Emotional control, communication skills, school leadership, relationship between teachers and students and learning adjustment are all significant predictors toward lesser-degree campus bully. Self concept and family cohesion are insignificant. Based on the results, teachers should pay more attention to help student fit in the school, be fair and stay objective. More listening and understanding are needed of the teachers. When campus bully happens,teachers must not cover the issue.
