    Title: 聽覺輔具及聽能復健介入 對長照中心聽損老人的溝通意圖及互動表現的影響

    Abstract: 因全球老年人口增加，各國家逐漸開始重視長照相關問題，並持續推行措 施，其中在社區篩檢結果中發現大部分的老年族群都有輕度的老年性聽損(Agerelated hearing loss ,ARHL)，由於聽損狀況會隨著時間逐漸惡化，少了聲音、訊 息的接收，造成日後的溝通能力跟著降低，甚至影響認知功能。此研究目的為希 望能透過社區篩檢服務，針對有聽損的老人及早進行正式的聽力評估及輔具介入， 觀察個案介入前後對於溝通效益的提升。
