    Abstract: 研究著重於探討創新與資訊系統品質對於顧客滿意度之影響 效果,且導入知覺價值為中介變數,進一步分析知覺價值與顧客滿意 度之關聯性。實證資料主要使用立意抽樣針對消費者運用網路問卷進 行實證研究。多變量分析方法主要包含述敍性統計分析、因素分析、 信度分析與結構方程模型。研究結果顯示創新與資訊系統品質對於顧 客滿意度不存在顯著的關聯性,而創新亦不會使知覺價值產生影響效 果,但資訊系統品質則會對知覺價值產生影響效果,且知覺價值與顧 客滿意度間存在正向顯著關聯性。
