Abstract:	本研究旨在探討共通性電子發票載具使用率情形，並運用創新擴散理論的五個階段來分析為何共通載具使用率仍偏低的現象，以了解電子發票推行迄今超過十年，部分消費者仍不採用載具而索取實體發票的原因，以及載具的偏好情形。本研究透過問卷調查及分析，研究結果發現，民眾對共通性載具的知覺有用性、易用性及對專屬獎項的了解程度，以及共通性載具的相對優勢，都正向影響民眾使用載具之意願。因此朝向讓民眾了解雲端發票有額外的專屬獎、共通性載具的相對優勢與認知載具是有用和易用的，是共通性載具全面普及之關鍵。本結果可做為政府推動電子發票，落實無紙化目標之參考。
