    Abstract: 精神疾病就像感冒一樣，每個人都可能罹患。根據衛福部 109 年統計，台 灣一年因精神相關疾病就診人數高達 280 萬人。但以衛福部公告之年度預算書 來看，平均 1 人的精神健康預算僅有 22.08 元，這可能間接影響到我國人民心 理健康和精神病患者的權益，甚至影響相關專業治療模式的發展及人力的投 入。
