Abstract:	本子計畫一專注研究生產設備端之操作特性，如不同故障模式及重試行為。由於主要機器昂貴且折舊成本高，故需要提供備用機器來替補主要機器，這樣不僅可確保系統效能指標，而且符合最小化的營運成本。子計畫一的研究成果能協助管理者了解系統的重要效能指標，如可靠度、可用性、成本效益等，以作為管理者制定決策及整體效益最佳化調整方針的參考依據。
