    Abstract: COVID-19重大危機事件所衍生與職涯或職涯永續的相關研究仍屬少數。本研究欲建構與驗證職涯永續性對教師工作重塑之影響,並探究感知組織支持的縱貫式調節作用,預期對教育工作者之職涯永續性建構一完整的實證模型架構;在研究方法上,應用交叉延宕長期追蹤模型分析衡量各層次變項間相互關係,其研究結果可以作為有關學前教育組織在教師專業發展與職涯永續性之實務應用參考。
