    Abstract: 本系列研究先由區別性低頻(DRL)增強模式的操作式制約行為之動物實驗模式,結合本計劃探測固定時距(fixed-interval)增強模式的行為反應,以分析制約反應所含有的時間調控與自我克制行為能力相關的認知歷程,及其相對應的大腦神經基礎。這項行為神經科學的基礎研究,將可以解析與時間有關的衝動反應之行為內涵與神經機制,對衝動相關的臨床異常或疾患,例如:過動症、物質上癮、反社會偏差行為等,提供因果關係的實驗證據,有助研發新式的臨床的處置或藥物治療。
