    Abstract: Finding financial resources has become the important task for NPO since the rised of the concept of welfare pluralism and the gradual expansion of NPO. Under this circumstance, “Charity Fundraising Act” has passed and enacted on 17 May 2006 in Taiwan. This study is going to evaluate the Implementation of “Charity Fundraising Act” in Taiwan through the Examples of nationwide fundraising activities.
    This study provided the following 8 points to charity fundraising policy and management system:
    1. The legal regulations of fundraising active of public departments should be more rigorous.
    2. The category of the definition of “charity” fundraising in the charity fundraising act should be more clear.
    3. The period of the announcement of charity fundraising documents should be extended.
    4. Whether making the regulation of the maximum of charity fundraising is considerable.
    5. The legal regulations of the fund using period should be more rigorous.
    6. The information precision of the “charity fundraising management system” can be increased.
    7. The administrative guidance energy of the competent authority can be increased..
    8. The charity management mechanism can be improved.
