目的 - 本研究旨在確定影響生活垃圾分類意圖的有效且可靠的屬性。該研究包含基本理論基礎的計劃行為理論 (TPB),並將其擴展以增加感知便利和有說服力的溝通。 Purpose - The aim of this study is to identify valid and reliable attributes that influence household waste sorting intentions. Building on the foundation of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the study expands the theoretical framework by incorporating perceived convenience and persuasive communication as additional factors.
Method – Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) was employed to filter out less significant attributes and establish a set of valid and reliable attributes. Fuzzy set theory was utilized to convert qualitative responses into crisp values, while the fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory method (FDEMATEL) was applied to examine the interrelationships among the attributes.
Originality - Previous research has not adequately addressed the development of measurement factors that significantly impact household waste sorting intentions. In this study, a novel theoretical research model is proposed to identify the attributes of household waste separation intention, thereby enhancing waste management processes.
Research Limitations - The proposed attributes were derived from existing literature, which may limit the comprehensiveness of the framework. Future studies should consider incorporating additional attributes to expand and deepen the findings. Moreover, this study focused on Mongolian households, suggesting that further research may benefit from conducting comparative studies across different contexts.
Purpose - This study purposes to identify valid and reliable attributes affecting household waste sorting intentions. The study embraced theory of planned behavior (TPB) of the fundamental theoretical foundation and expanded it to add perceived convenience and persuasive communication.
