In this developed society, most diseases appear due to stress people encounter day to day. We would like to discuss Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). If the study could find the most efficient of IBS, it will improve lifestyles. However, the symptoms of IBS are continued with many patients, they try to find different medical, receive different diagnostic tests that wasting medical resources. According to national statistics, cases with indigestion have cost 9 billion dollars out of the national budget that IBS is costly one. This dissertation will apply statistical analysis using parameters such as pulse rate, heart rate variability, and bowel sounds to find characteristic patterns of IBS in addition to plotting a curve using ROC by comparing the pulse from left and right hand. Furthermore, the study will analyze the three parameters using SVM to conclude a most accurate diagnostic range. This result will hopefully aid in the diagnosis of IBS and benefit those with the syndrome.
