    Abstract: "本研究旨在探討高中職教師情緒勞務、工作壓力與工作倦怠之關係,主是採用問卷調查法進行研究,首先根據文獻擬定研究架構,完成「高中職教師情緒勞務、工作壓力與工作倦怠之研究問卷」,問卷發放的方式以隨機抽樣的方式對高中職教師實施問卷調查,有效問卷回收數210份,統計方法採用敘述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、Pearson相關分析、及迴歸分析。
    經統計分析後,研究的結果如下:
    一、高中職教師情緒勞務與工作壓力,為顯著正相關。
    二、高中職教師情緒勞務與工作倦怠,為顯著正相關。

    "The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among emotional labor, job stress and job burnout on senior high and vocational school teachers. The questionnaire method is applied to collect data. At first, conceptual framework is established according to the literature review to design the questionnaire. The questionnaires are dispatched to the teachers by simple random sampling and 210 valid ones are taken back. Statistical methods used in this study are descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and regression analysis.

    The results of the study are as follows:
    1. There is a significant correlation between teachers’ emotional labor and job stress.
    2.There is a significant correlation between teachers’ emotional labor and job burnout."
