    Abstract: This study aims to examine the response of different colors and VEP are significantly different temperament and different reactions to different colors is significantly different. Study included the children EEG acquisition, according to "International 10-20 Standard System " Measurement and child temperament questionnaire, including the Activity level, Rhythmicity, Approach / withdrawal, Adaptability, Intensity of reaction, Threshold of responsiveness,Quality of mood, Distractibility, Persistence and other nine one dimension. Compared with the norm, the child's temperament characteristics into the following five types: (1) easy (2) slow-to-warm-up (3) mother killer (4) Intermediate high ( 5) Intermediate low. According to the collected data using statistical software version SPSS12.0 data analysis and statistical methods.
    The major findings are as follows: In all subjects of different colors and VEP response was no apparent significant differences. Therefore, the results of this study show different colors for different temperament is a significant difference in the response. Finally, this research is based on research results and findings, inferences in children with different temperament types of interaction, whether it is to read picture books or audio-visual interactive teaching design at the time of the appearance of the design and colors have been proposed order and for future studies Recommendations put forward.
