The objective of this research was to conduct recreation specialization index to evaluate participating motivations and participating constraints of yoga players. Four hundred and sixty yoga players in Pingtung County and Pingtung City. were selected for this research. Thirty hundred and ninety-three valid data were used to analyze as the results, the valid corresponding rate was 82.7%. The surveys were conducted during the period of January to February 2010.
